I offer my profoundest apologies to anyone in my circle who's recently written something over 20k. I haven't reviewed because I haven't read yet, not because I didn't like it.
Title: Forget Me Not
Author:
poisonivory
Fandom: DC Comics (JLI)
Words: 17,500
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Ted claims he has amnesia. Booster claims they’re dating. Can they get it together in time to help the Super Buddies save Christmas?
Notes: Super sweet holiday amnesia story. I was telling Nenya that this this story is exactly my kind of angst. Also hilariously funny, especially the bits with L-Ron. He and Machine Man should go on dates.
Title: What I Did for Love
Author:

Fandom: Marvel Films
Words: 500
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Capkink fill: "Steve, post defrost, has heard about/is told Twilight is the most romantic thing ever. The popularity of it in the modern world makes him think this is how ideal romance is done in this era, so, when he falls for someone, the natural next step is acting like Edward...
Notes: Does what it says on the tin. Very funny, not especially angsty, despite Steve's best efforts.
Title: Honey, I Can See the Stars
Author:
twentysomething
Fandom: Marvel Films
Words: 11,700
Rating: M
Summary: "The most he'd ever cared about anything remotely related was his uniform, which, beyond the stylistic, was pretty necessary. But now his suit comes from a lab far more advanced than the basement of a Brooklyn antique shop, and the only decision he really gets to make is if his pants are too tight. (They were, but he doesn't really think they changed them. He doesn't know why, but he thinks that might have been on purpose.) That being said, he doesn't know what he's done to deserve the double take Tony gives him as he walks in the room."
Notes: Tony "helps" Steve adjust to modern times. Fury lays down the law. Clint, Natasha and Thor provide the chorus. Mostly it's Tony begin Film!Tony and Steve and SHIELD trying to handle him, but there's some really lovely character notes for Steve in here. The Man out of Time stuff is effective but not overplayed. I'm amused by the fanon characterisations Clint and Natasha are building up, and there's some great lines from Thor being an alien.
